تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة «الوصل» (ALWASEL)، المُشغّلة من قِبل ALWASEL FZ-LLC في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك للتطبيق والموقع. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، واسم المنشأة ودورها (مشتري / مورّد).
- بيانات الأعمال: الطلبات، طلبات عروض الأسعار، الرسائل، والمنتجات التي تنشرها.
- الوثائق التجارية: الرخصة التجارية ورقم التسجيل الضريبي (TRN) لأغراض التوثيق.
- الصور: صور المنتجات التي تلتقطها أو ترفعها عبر الكاميرا.
- بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز ومعرّف الجلسة لأغراض الأمان وتحسين الخدمة.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- لإنشاء حسابك وتشغيل خدمات التوريد والطلبات والمراسلة.
- لمطابقتك مع الموردين أو المشترين المناسبين.
- لإرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بطلباتك وعروض الأسعار.
- للامتثال للأنظمة الإماراتية، بما فيها متطلبات الفوترة الضريبية.

4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع الطرف الآخر في الصفقة (المشتري/المورّد) بالقدر اللازم لإتمامها، ومع مزوّدي البنية التقنية الذين يستضيفون الخدمة نيابةً عنّا، وعند طلب الجهات الرسمية قانونياً.
5. أمن البيانات
تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم آمنة مع تشفير أثناء النقل، وسياسات صلاحيات صارمة (RLS) تضمن ألا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى بياناته الخاصة.
6. حقوقك
- الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها من داخل التطبيق.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك عبر خيار «حذف الحساب» في الإعدادات.
- سحب الموافقة أو الاعتراض على معالجة معيّنة بمراسلتنا.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك وبالقدر الذي تتطلبه الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل.

This policy explains how ALWASEL, operated by ALWASEL FZ-LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our app and website. By using the service you agree to this policy.

- Account data: name, email, phone number, company name and role (buyer / supplier).
- Business data: orders, requests for quotation, messages and products you publish.
- Trade documents: trade licence and Tax Registration Number (TRN) for verification.
- Images: product photos you capture or upload via the camera.
- Technical data: device type and session identifier for security and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and run sourcing, ordering and messaging services.
- To match you with relevant suppliers or buyers.
- To send notifications related to your orders and quotes.
- To comply with UAE regulations, including tax-invoicing requirements.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the counterparty to a transaction (buyer/supplier) as needed to complete it, with the infrastructure providers who host the service on our behalf, and with authorities where legally required.

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit, and strict row-level security (RLS) policies ensure each user can access only their own data.
6. Your Rights
- Access or correct your data from within the app.
- Delete your account and data via the "Delete account" option in Settings.
- Withdraw consent or object to certain processing by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as accounting and tax regulations require, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
